RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
STATUTORY RIGHT TO CANCEL (ONLINE ORDERS)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
All returned goods are inspected on receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items or issue a refund until the goods have been received and checked.
If returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value. Any deduction will be proportionate and in line with statutory guidance.
UNWANTED GOODS (GOODWILL RETURNS)
If you wish to return an item outside of your statutory cancellation rights (for example, after the 14-day cancellation period), returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided the goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
In these circumstances, a £5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and administration costs. A refund of the item value minus the £5 restocking fee will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it has been dispatched. Orders are processed quickly during working hours and, once an order has entered the dispatch process, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item in line with the policy above.
RETURN POSTAGE
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Where a fault is confirmed, we will refund reasonable return postage costs.

To return a product, please:

Package the item securely using the original or suitable protective packaging

Include your order number and contact details inside the parcel

Obtain proof of postage when returning your item

REFUND TIMESCALES
Refunds are processed after inspection on the day we receive returned goods. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
