RETURNS POLICY

Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us.

UNWANTED GOODS

Please return goods unused and in the original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 14 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund (minus the shipping costs) will be made on receipt of the returned goods. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

FAULTY GOODS

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. Exchanging goods If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.

 

HAIRDRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, HAIR BRUSHES, COMBS

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of hair care products such as hairdryers, straighteners, hair brushes and combs once they have been opened and used.

GHD ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS

If your ghd is faulty, then it is more effective and efficient for you to return the Product directly to ghd. Please fill in their returns form here: https://www.ghdhair.com/help/returns in order to return it to ghd for repair or replacement.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Dermalogica products returned for any reason. We'll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from wedo-hairandbeauty.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. Please note: you will need to return any free promotional items as well to receive a full refund. Delivery charge is non-refundable.

We will refund you under these circumstances if returned within 30 days. Please confirm the date of purchase, details of actual response, how soon after you started using did response happen, and batch number.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order please do so before it has been dispatched. This is usually before 4pm on the same working day. If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.

WILL ANY RETURN COSTS BE REFUNDED?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs. We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to recharge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

When will I receive my refund? We process all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show on your card.

 

RETURNS FORM

To return a Product in accordance with this policy please follow the instructions provided with your delivery. These will either be with the Packing List in your package.

RETURNS PROCESS

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS :
1) Package up the items in the delivery or other suitable protective packaging
2) Label the package with the Returns Address label, or see Returns Address below
3) Take to a Post Office, or suitable Courier office and obtain a confirmation of posting
