Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed during normal working hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are often packed and dispatched on the same working day, however dispatch times may vary during busy periods.

Once an order has entered the dispatch process, it cannot be cancelled.


DELIVERY METHODS & TIMESCALES

We use trusted courier services and Royal Mail to deliver our orders.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we do our best to meet estimated timescales, delivery times are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier or Royal Mail delays

  • adverse weather conditions

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout


FREE DELIVERY

Where free standard delivery is offered, this applies to standard delivery only. Free delivery does not imply priority or express shipping.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Where available, delivery confirmation or tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Claims for lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • the outer packaging

  • the damaged item

This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
